At ANOKHI MEDIA’s 13th Anniversary Star-Studded Awards Show in Toronto

ANOKHI MEDIA’s 13th Anniversary Awards Show rolled out the red carpet to welcome some of the world’s most renowned names in business, media, entertainment, crusader, and glamour, at one of Toronto’s hottest summer venues - 11 Polson Street, overlooking the Toronto skyline and lake, this past Thursday, August 25, 2016.  

The evening began with a sizzling red carpet reception with over 40 celebrities and personalities making the fateful walk down at 36 foot walk which included ANOKHI PULSE TV’s first gold couch lounge. This was followed by a 3-hour auditorium style awards-fashion-entertainment show with 16 awards honours, 7 live musical performances, and a first of its kind fashion runway show, hosted by 8 prominent personalities in media and entertainment.  

ANOKHI MEDIA’s founder, president, and CEO, Raj Girn was presented with a scroll from the Legislative Assembly of Ontario on the occasion of the anniversary, by Indira Naidoo-Harris, MPP Halton, who also commemorated the occasion by saying a few words on stage. Raj spoke about the importance of the awards show, The ANOKHI List 2016 coffee table book, and shared the re-branding of ANOKHI MEDIA with the soon to be launched re-designed website at anokhimedia.com. The night ended with an exclusive post show soiree with 3 celebrity deejay’s entertaining the guests. The event unveiled the 2nd edition commemorative coffee table book, The ANOKHI List 2016, featuring an eclectic array of 30 personalities from around the world. Over 600 guests attended this glamorous event and were all gifted a complimentary copy of the book as they left for the night.
